How does Kledd know what my child should wear?

Kledd fetches the kindergarten forecast from the Norwegian Meteorological Institute and applies the layer-by-layer principle: wool against the skin, fleece in the middle, wind- and waterproof on the outside. The recommendation is calculated for the hours the children are actually outdoors (typically 10–14).

Does Kledd learn from my feedback?

Yes. When you answer “too warm” or “too cold” several evenings in a row, Kledd shifts the recommendation slightly — by at most ±2 °C. You can see the adjustment in the child’s profile.

My notifications do not arrive

• Check that notifications are allowed: system Settings → Kledd → Notifications.
• Check the notification time in the app: Settings (the gear) → Notification time.
• A Focus or “Do not disturb” mode can hide notifications.

Why do I see ads?

The free version is funded by ads. Kledd Plus removes them. You can review your ad choices under Settings → Ad settings.

How do I cancel Kledd Plus?

The subscription is managed by the store, not by us. On iPhone: Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions. On Android: Play Store → profile → Payments and subscriptions. Deleting the app does not cancel the subscription.

How do I delete my account?

In the app: Settings → Delete account (or Delete all data if you never signed in). See the account deletion page.
