Delete your account and data

In the app (recommended)

1. Open Kledd and tap the gear icon in the top right.
2. Under Account, choose Delete account — or Delete all data if you never signed in with Apple or Google.
3. Confirm. The account and all server data are deleted immediately and permanently, and the app returns to a blank slate.

What gets deleted

• The account itself (anonymous, or your Apple/Google sign-in)
• Child profiles — name, age band, warmth profile
• Location and settings
• All feedback and the learning history built from it
• The push token for this device

Deleting the account does not cancel an active Kledd Plus subscription — only the store can do that. Cancel it in your App Store or Google Play account settings first. Purchase history held by Apple or Google is theirs to keep, and we cannot delete it.

No longer have the app?

Write to support@kledd.app from the e-mail address you signed in with, with the subject “Delete account”, and we will delete the account within 30 days.
